Between World class and Mediocre.

Let's step back a bit the major difference might look easy on the graph but come with me.
Most world class had people who kept them accountable.
Pharaoh under Joseph's instructions during the famine and lean years had people who followed through his laid down instructions to become world class.
Everyone knew Kobe Bryant to be the best in his era ( I understand the side debates) but few are aware he had done a skillset audit.
He had looked at his weaknesses and what it was stopping him from and doubled his effort on improving on it because his game plan was to become the very best.
Yes, you ain't Kobe.

There comes a time when you give your powers to someone whose entire job description is the core of it.
let me explain this.
Yes, you are the CEO but your job description demands a certain Return on Investment which to some other person is their core work.
"So behind the scenes before I embark on a journey no matter how easy the role is i reach out to someone who plays around that field and I become a student of them"
Student of the game
If you are charged high for a service, be rest assured people behind the scenes earn a living from becoming exceptional at it.
So as one in business, my skillset in investment might be limited but if I must secure a future for my next generation, my skillset in investment must be top notch else I employ the service of an investment portfolio manager so I don't get carried away with the numbers of today.
WHY?
I'm playing long term so my wins would reflect not in the sprint but in the curves and marathons.
That's how we become world class when a crisis hits us in the future and not mediocre like the covid years turned the best of us.
Galvanising skillset that helps ace the journey in the long run would only give you a chance to play world class in style.
In the new week reach out to everyone who has the skillset to help you become world class and become a student of their craft.
Donald Trump used to be Iron Mike Tysons financial adviser at one stage because Trump's investment IQ in the United states remains top notch.
let's just overlook the drama we see in the White House today.
The journey to world class requires a team of professionals behind the scenes propelling you and nudging you on all you need to do to ace it.
Not even biblical Jesus went on his journey alone. He had the #skillset of the tax collector and fishermen on his team which were skills the era needed.
which skill set does your era require you have on your team?
