One of the biggest lessons on my journey has always been that the more hurdles we cross, the more we make them lessons for the next leaders around me.
So that was one of the reasons it became easier to kick off the second cohort of the coconut work lab school.
What we do is simply to be the space for continuous learning for those in the workplace, mid-level managers and managers leading teams in a post-COVID-era workplace.
