Unpacking and getting the Difference: Feed Forward vs. Feedback

One of the things you learn in the cooperate world of work is the role of feeding back and feeding forward. While feeding back involves a constructive analysis of how things went down from the positive and negative lessons learned with time it becomes important to feedforward to look at all the scenarios on how with I sights how the situation can be improved in the future rather than focusing on negative and positive relationships among employees the difference between the two is clear one focuses on what was done and lessons from it while the second focuses on the future

During feedforward, the big goal is how do we do better in the future, when your team answers these questions compared to what just went wrong which is great then they are clear ahead of the pack

How often do you feedback and feedforward?
